Spicy Dan Dan Noodles with Baby Bok Choy and Tofu 'Meat'

Dan Dan Noodles are a traditional Sichuan dish.

The flavors are complex, nutty, fragrant, spicy, with a slightly sweet finish. A mix of mushrooms, walnuts, and tofu make up the ‘meat’ mixture. Add a side of the Smashed Cucumber Salad for a perfect pairing.
