Roasted Cauliflower Orecchiette Pasta with Lemon and Capers - 6 Servings

This is one of Chef Melissa's favorite pastas!

This pasta dish is something I had out at a restaurant in NYC and I knew it needed to be recreated. The creamy pasta and sauce of roasted cauliflower, sweet onions, capers, and Meyer lemon is topped with crispy Meyer lemon-seasoned panko for a memorable dish. Serve alongside the Cannellini Bean Salad or Roasted Brussels for a divine dinner.
